If you have any concerns or queries regarding any of our Coaches, Referees or players then these issues can be brought to our attention. Comments can be raised confidentially if required. We will then take them to the committee for discussion and resolution.

WANBOROUGH WASPS – 2010 AGM AND FUN DAY
You are invited to the sixth AGM and Fun Day to be held at PGL Liddington on Sunday 16th May 2010, commencing at 2pm.
The timings will be as follows:
2pm Arrival
Children to be entertained by PGL Staff
Parents attend AGM – agenda:
1. Chairman’s introduction
2. Approval of AGM minutes
3. Presentations by committee:
• Chairman
• Secretary
• Treasurer
4. Club presentation
5. Election of officers
6. Any other business
3pm First session
U7 to U11 teams receive their end of year presentations
U12 to U15 teams take part in activities organised by PGL Staff
4.30pm Second session
U7 to U11 teams take part in activities organised by PGL Staff
U12 to U15 teams receive their end of year presentations
6pm BBQ and refreshments (until 8pm)
Nominations are invited at the AGM for the posts of Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Parent Representative.
Unfortunately due to legal restrictions, no-one under the age of seven or over the age of sixteen will be able to take part in the activities organised by PGL Staff between 3pm and 6pm. Parents (and others) will be able to watch these activities taking place, if not attending the other presentation session.
Refreshments will be provided between 4.15 and 4.45pm. The BBQ will be served from
approximately 6pm, for which there will be a small charge. The PGL pavilion bar will also be open at this time. Volunteers will be needed to help serve the BBQ food, so please indicate on the reply slip if you are able to.

Please complete the reply slip and return it to your team manager or secretary (or e-mail them) by 2nd May at the latest. This will enable PGL to plan the afternoon activities.

Summer Tournaments

Knowing how difficult it is to try and keep track of all the different
tournaments and when they are, I've started to post them to the Club Secretarial page of the website.

For each entry, I'll record the dates in the title, with the dates for each age group,
application closing dates and links to letters/application forms in the blog
so that these can all be accessed in one place.
